PRODUCT RETURNS

Product returns must be made within 15 days after the delivery date. The product must be packed in the original, undamaged, and complete packaging. Previously installed products or special orders CANNOT be returned under any circumstance. All accessories, instruction books, and warranty information must be returned with the product.

Product that does not meet the above criteria, or product that has been used, may not be accepted as a return. Products may be subject to a re-stocking fees, pick up fees, or additional delivery fees.

Kahians reserves the right to decline an exchange or return of any product after the 15 day period.

Refunds for products being returned will be issued AFTER the product is received back at Kahians. Products that do not fit will be subject to additional restocking, delivery/pick up, or return fees.
