I bought my range about a year ago to replace my older LG range I was very happy with it at first but now we are having trouble with the range heating to temp in a timely manner. When it was new it would pre heat to 350 in less than 10 minutes now it take 35 to 40 minutes same problem my last one had not that happy at this time.

Beautiful range. Bought around 2 yrs ago and already had to call a service provider out of warranty. Oven door lock malfunctioned and wont close . So we cant use the oven. $300 to replace a faulty board. Piece of junk for the high price we paid.

I was excited to purchase this range in March of 2021 but now realize that the whistle and bells on this product is just bait and unfortunately I took the bite. Im very disappointed that two years later on Thanksgiving Day I could not prepare ANY of the food for my family because we had to evacuate our home after being warned by our CARBON MONIXIDE DETECTOR The fire department and gas company informed me that the RANGE WAS DEFECTIVE and was RELEASING MORE GAS THAN NORMAL i THANK GOD FOR THE CARBON MONIXIDE DETECTOR BECAUSE THIS COULD HAVE HAD A TRAGIC ENDING LG you are selling unreliable defective products and have the AUDACITY to advertise your products as Americas most reliable line of products What a joke LIFE AINT GOOD DEALING WITH YOU I should not have to repair or replace a stove after just two years

LG range microwave and refrigerator

My issue is not Home Depot but the range microwave and refrigerator I bought. I bought the microwave and range by LG the fridge was also LG but I got it at Costco. The range within a few months needed grates because the were scratched and gas cap I could not get clean. Nested the nobs are starting to pull off also the ink detail came off. Self cleaning oven doesnt clean. Then the digital screen is not showing incomplete digits. The microwave there is flashing digits behind the time and while using. Fridge has ice buildup under the drawers and the fans wouldnt work LG doesnt have a warranty past one year that is another reason. Mine ours is 2 years

Not a great appliance

Purchased this stove 2 1/2 years ago to replace a 10 year old stove which was in perfect working condition but the oven door glass panel shattered and was unable to get an original factory replacement so I purchased a new stove . Its cook top is fine except for the black top which is scratched where the grates rest on top. So the look is ugly. Recently the time clock stopped working with certain lines to differentiate the time. I called customer support sent pictures and was told that since the range is past the 1 year warranty it is not covered for repair and I would need to pay for it. I am extremely angry about this as the clock is located in the stoves control panel and its an item that does not get used/touched. I did call a repair service and was told it would cost me $200 or more to get this replaced but they were not sure until they opened up the panel which I didnt let them do. We have owned 2 stoves besides this one in 41 years of home ownership and never did we have this problem and a company like LG not standing behind it. There will be no additional LG appliances for us and we are going to need a new refrigerator soon. Not a great product if you dont have the company backing you.

Great Oven but not built for years

I bought it a month ago. I notice its hard to clean top. I also noticed since I was only one using it. Some scratches that was hidden under grate. The burners seem cheap and it hard to clean. It works good. But for this price I expected better. Replacement parts are 50 plus for each pieces of the burner. I do like the app and oven seems to work great. Couldnt add pictures.

The only thing negative is that LG does not include the air fry basket you have to buy separately. Its a very nice range. I have used my new range for a couple of weeks and love the convection oven. I have had to change some of the timing for my stove top cooking because the burners are so much more efficient that my last range. I like that the range can be linked to my microwave vent so that when I turn on a burner the exhaust vent in the microwave automatically turns on. Very happy with my purchase so far.

We bought this range in October 2022 and initially it seemed great. However when cooking for the holidays we quickly learned there was something wrong. Its not as noticeable if you are just making something lighter like a tray of chicken nuggets. But making things like pumpkin pies lasagna and shrimp scampi showed the problem. The rack quides in the higher part of the oven dont jut out far enough to support the oven racks. This is NOT a rack issue. We have taken a rack that was fine in a lower position of the oven and moved it up to a higher position and it does not stay safely on the guides there. The result is that whatever you are cooking in the middle to upper positions in the oven tips to the back and bottom of the oven. It becomes quite apparent and more dangerous when you try to slide the rack out of the oven to remove the food. Not only is this a burn hazzard when you are trying to safely remove hot food it also could be a fire risk. An added problem is that the blue coating on the oven interior has now been scratched/damaged because of the racks sliding off the quides. It has to be a manufacturing defect. As an owner of multiple LG products this one does not live up to what I have come to expect from LG. So very disappointing
