I purchased this refrigerator because of freezer on the bottom. I love it. It is so nice not to stand on my head to see what is on the bottom shelf. My only suggestion would be the ice maker when dispensing water is quit load.

This one is just like the old one I had. Lightning wiped out the compressor on the old one. Never had any problems. I love the style of this model. Highly recommend Whirlpool appliances.

We've had the refrigerator for a couple weeks now and we really like it. It's relatively quiet and fits our kitchen well. It seems well built. The rear panel is all metal so it should hold up well. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is the fit and finish is a little lacking. There are plastic hole covers on the right-hand side, presumably if you wanted to move the handle to the other side of the door, and there are visible holes in the handle to access the set screws. It would be nice if they were hidden underneath the handle somehow. All-in-all we're happy with our purchase.

Came to this model after a bust with 2 Samsung French door units. The first one had a loud as heck fan blade, the second seemed to snow every week inside the freezer. After several phone calls later with both units, Costco (the real MVP here) refunded me my money and I purchased this model Whirlpool (WRB322DMBM). Excellent decision!
Pros:
Extremely reliable performance. I have thermometers throughout the fridge and the cold zones are very consistent, from the top shelf, to the bottom and all the door compartments. No where is it over 41 (which it should never be!)
Very bright LED light, can see everything!
Nice customizable options for shelves and door compartments. Not just one long shelf, but side by side customizable sized shelves.
Very quiet operation! Always a plus!
Cons:
The crisper drawers are a bit funky, hard to pull out and all around "cheap" feeling, not that impressed with them sadly, but it is what it is, and they do serve their purpose. Wish more thought was put into them.
The fridge door is great! Tho I wish there was a way to keep it from opening all the way fully! Sometimes I forget and it continues to open on its own haha, but im nitpicking here.
This is a great fridge for 1-2 people, perfect amount of room, overall great storage and most importantly, excellent cooling power! Its "basic" as in, no bells and whistles (in door ice-maker, its in the chest freezer, water dispenser, touch screen etc) but it is a solid unit in my opinion over the Samsung model I had and its made in America, it's win win!

Bought 3 weeks ago problems with fridge door catching when the door is open. Very loud ice maker. Fridge set at recommended setting and soda cans have exploded on the top shelf; yogurt is like it was in the freezer.

I paid cash for this refrigerator. It was been in my home less than two months and has leaked water since day one. I am very disappointed with this product. I was considering purchasing Frigidaire during the time I bought this Whirlpool. It appears I made a mistake. Further, I have already submitted a review regarding your product but keep receiving requests for a review. Apparently, you don't read them and/or could care less about customer satisfaction. It's not like I bought a $40.00 toaster. This is a major purchase that has poor performance.

I purchase this product from Mays Munroe . I have had Samsung refrig. for 7 years and the parts were not longer available. The Samsung had no handbars and had a flesh door. However, I have had issues with the ice maker off and on...
I was pleased with the service that Ms. Monroe offered me to meet my needs immediately.

My ancient refrigerator finally gave up the ghost, and I replaced it with this one. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this model. Makes ice quickly and efficiently, has good capacity in both fridge and freezer, and I like the way the stainless steel looks! It was a floor model, so it came with the ice maker already installed, which was a plus. My one and only complaint is that the door on the fridge section seems to swing all the way open too easily - I may be able to adjust it, I need to check.

After researching for over two months, my husband and I decided to purchase this refrigerator from Whirlpool based upon excellent reviews and the style. Having previously owned french-door. top-freezer, and side-by-side refrigerators, this product seemed to fit our family's needs the best. The temperature in both the freezer and refrigerator hold excellent even in the south during the summer,. We are also pleased with the ice-maker's quantity of ice and the design and the shelving...not to mention the great suction on the doors Well done, Whirlpool!

Have had unit for a couple of months. Overall unit is really or very good. Would be great, if some parts were not flimsy, example, some sheet metal and crisper drawers. Sheet metal on door flexes easily and crisper drawers seem weak, one had already cracked. Unit does chill well, is quite, and interior setup is very good. My other Whirlpool products have all been of better than good quality.

You Have to Be a Weight Lifter to Open the Door

I like this refrigerator very much for its inside roominess and how cold it keeps my food items. However, you have to pull REALLY HARD to open the door. Sometimes I actually move the refrigerator away from the wall as I'm pulling on the door handle. Also, I needed a door that pulls right to left. It was delivered as a left to right pull open, and the men changed it when they installed it. But now the door, when pulled partially open, swings all the way open on its own; so I have to go chase it to pull it shut. Other than that, I like the refrigerator, especially the fact that it's made in America!
