I have had this range in place for two weeks. I wanted basic functionality and minimal electronics. This has it. I expect it to be durable and reliable for as long as I need it to be. Also cheap to repair if something does eventually wear out. GE is a known-good appliance manufacturer, and they™™ve had this design figured out for a long time. I got it in black. A friend warned me that it will show every smudge. It™™s true, but I don™™t mind. Polishing it up is very little extra work, and it looks great when done. There are a lot of negative reviews out there about the sensi temp burner coils. I haven™™t done a huge amount of cooking yet, but they have functioned normally for me every time thus far. All of my cookware has flat bottoms, and they say that™™s necessary. I can recommend this unit for anyone who doesn™™t need fancy features or a self-cleaning setup.

the bottom door on the stove is bent, Home Depot came out to fix,but I'm not really happy with it the door still does not close all the way and is still bent, I wish you all could fix it for me. Thanks Bob

Since I make candies, I had to purchase burners without the Sensi safety button. I like the design of this range. The type of finish is easy to clean. I like the features: oven light, clock, knobs. I prefer temperature settings for the broiler, not high or low.

I absolutely HATE these burners because they have Sensors that will automatically turn down the heat while I am in the middle of cooking fudge and other candies that require high heat for boiling. I need the original style burners for candy making. Other than this issue, the rest of the oven works fine.

This range is replacing a much older one. We were cooking on it within an hour of delivery which went smoothly. The oven heated to temp very quickly and the the size made it ready to bake 2 things at once. The controls were clear and we're happy to have a clock that worked. We're happy to go back to a coil top range. Burners felt easier to control temp. We're very pleased with our new range

A Basic oven that gets 95% of all we need cooked and cooked well. The front oven door is a little cheap sounding when it closes as it seems the rubber seal on inside of door is not fully expanded or might be too small.

The design is not very solid, it is not what I expected, I would have never paid for it, if I went to buy a stove, my home warranty had stiffed me. I don™™t like the stove at all .CHEAP!!!!

I just got this range but it replaces a 7 year old age range that was pretty close to this so I am a GE fan. No gas service here so have to use electric which is fine. That said, I HATE smooth top electric ranges. Terrible to clean, scratch easily and are much slower to heat and cool. I cook all the time and large amounts so my pans didn™™t always work on the smooth top. Love the warm up speed and the adaptability of these simple ranges. I wear them out in a few years but enjoy my time cooking on them. Only wish convection oven was still a available with coil top!

My wife hated her glass top stove and loves having regular burners again. They are a little slow warming up, but that's OK. The stove is simple and works as it should without a bunch of whistles and bells to go wrong.

It is a basic model for a very reasonable price. It cooks evenly, and as it is replacing my expensive, useless Samsung Duo, I™™m very happy that it gets up to the desired temperature and hasn™™t tried to burn down the house.
It does show fingerprints because I got shiny black, but that™™s about the only issue so far.

I love my stove. The problem is both large burners get hot to the point of red hot!!! Now one of my small burners is jumping hot. Also the light in the oven does not work. I've changed that bulb 3 times. It works for about a month then out again.
