This a pretty cool AC unit. The inverter makes it energy efficient but the temperature it reads is not necessarily the temperature of the room. Im using a 10k btu unit in a 140 sq ft room with decent insulation. When set to 64 degrees, it is really about 66 in the room at the coldest. Also, The app has a power draw feature so it tells you how much energy you are using per day and at that moment in time. The weird thing about this unit is it has a giant hole on the bottom which serves no obvious purpose. So I covered it with one of those fruit fly meshes and tape. Overall. I'd recommend the unit.

This air conditioner is super amazing because it is quietest one that I have ever encountered. I work from home and have meetings all the times with the air conditioner on next to my desk but no one can hear anything. I can sleep with the air conditioner on because it is so quiet. This GE profile smart inverter window air conditioner is great for any home. The 10,000 BTU is big enough to cool two or three rooms in your home. We have a 800 ft cottage and it keeps most of it cool. It was very easy to install following the instructions that were given in the box. I would take everything out lay it out look at the steps and install according to the instructions you can get a seal from any hardware store to seal it if you want a better seal than what is already there. The remote control is great because you can use it to set your temperatures from wherever you are in the house. I like that it comes with an app and using the app you can set your temperatures while you're at home or while you're away. You can check the app and use it to monitor temperatures and all of that while you're away. I like that you can move the vents around and you can have it up down or side so that it will go in any direction you want it to go in.

This GE air conditioner window unit works really well--I have no complaints whatsoever. It is very powerful for the entire upstairs of my house, which includes 2 bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom. I love having this product because I work from home and can run this unit to cool my office without needing to run the house's AC, which saves me money. It goes very well paired with a sleeve even though the unit itself is not an eyesore to me.

We put this air conditioner in our bedroom. We thought it would only cool it, so we kept the door closed. After having it on for a couple hours, we opened the door and discovered that it will not only cool our master bedroom, master bath, but also cooled our kitchen into our living room. I needed to replace an old dinosaur of an AC in my Living Room and got this GE Profile 10,000 BTU 115 Volt Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner. I have NO regrets. At just 64 pounds, this AC is very easy to move and install into my window. It came with all the hardware needed, and I just used my own tools. It plugged right into my existing outlet, no need to install a new one. This AC took up much less space than my old one. It runs so quietly too! My living room is approximately 400 SQ FT and this AC keeps it very comfortable. I absolutely love that I can control it from my app on my phone. It also has a remote that will tell you the temperature anywhere in the room.

I think that this would be the best smart product I own. I have a shop in the back of the house that desperately needed an upgrade! This size and model fits just right. Here in South Louisiana it is still 80 degrees in December so we are still using the AC. We have a 600 Sq ft "hangout" building for our kids. This small AC kids the whole place cool! It was very easy ans quick to install. It was easy to set up with the app that I already use for my range. I love that we can use Alexa to control the AC as well. It's a great AC and works well.

To start with my husband and a friend was able to put this is his work shop window very easily. It is heavy so need help. His shop stays so hot even with fans. Since putting this in he can work out there and stay so cool. It is very powerful and keeps the whole area nice and cool that you can actually work and not get sweaty. He was able to connect to phone and operate without any trouble. This is a great unit. Definitely recommend. Plan on getting another for the garage.

The GE Profile Smart Air Conditioner has well written instructions for installing the unit that were easy to follow but the unit itself was heavy for one person to install. This unit cooled not only the room I have it in but also the cold air went down the hallway to the other rooms. I like that I can control the air conditioner when I'm not home thru the app. Its so quiet I'm able to sleep with it on. Would recommend to anyone who needs a window air conditioner.

The GE Profile 10,000 BTU 115 Volt Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner sure made a difference in our lives. After we started using it, we sure can't live without it. This amazing AC delivers 10,000 BTU cooling capacity for medium rooms up to 450 square feet, which is perfectly suitable for my rooms. This AC uses Voice Control technology and is compatible with my Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, making everyday tasks easier than ever before. This AC has a fixed chassis and installs easily in a double hung window with included EZ Mount installation kit. Further, when the room is cool enough, the Energy Saver Mode automatically turns off the fan and compressor, saving me money on utilities. The delivery was on point. Many times the delivery people say one time and won't come until later. Everything about the machine and process was great.
