Good machine so far. During the first load water was spewing out of the back because the hoses were not proper installed. Had to tighten them quite a bit.

Well, my dryer review didn't get published, so I doubt this will, either. (I don't have email, and I shouldn't have to to buy a product or warn others about a bad experience.)Problems immediately with new W/D. Water levels, temperatures ("cold" was as warm as my showers & "eco-warm" was hotter than a shower), and then it would just keep filling & draining at the same time. (Had to shut off water & try to force it to drain.) There were many other issues (over an hour to wash even a small load on "quick wash"). The official Electrolux repaiman wasn't in the house 30 full seconds. He started with the drier (also had issues) and said (before I could say anything) that it's not defective. All dryers do is heat & turn. He just kept repeating that. (They have control panels - those can go bad very easily.) After about the 5th time (he started saying this in the driveway), I told him there was no need to insult my intelligence. "That's it! Peace out!" and he stormed off without ever even touching either machine. He reported back to the company that he checked it & it was fine. He literally wasn't in the house 30 seconds. Extremely dishonest company.Today (2 weeks after I reported defective units - day 1), a third party repairman came out & actually checked the machine & asked a bunch of questions. Yes, the machine is defective - the water valves aren't working properly. I'm lucky my laundry room wasn't flooded.I get to wait another week for him to fix it (and that's with them having tyhe part in stock). He's going to hang with me & acutally do a load of laundry to make sure it's OK (told me not to try to use it in the meantime). So, kudos to him over the "official" Electrolux repairman.One shouldn't have this kind of grief immediately after spending nearly $2k on new units. And the call center for Frigidaire is offshore & a royal pain to deal with - definite language barriers & they just read a script & don't acutally pay attention to what you say - they just repeat the script, which doesn't apply.I'll never buy Frigidaire again.

The washers has a big capacity to wash a big load I like the design the thing I don't like can't figure it out about the extra spin so the water is totally out of clothes it leaves it a little more water than expected. The dryer great but does make a sound every time I started I still trying to figure it out to dry clothes . I like it dryer clothes in the setting I have them for regular clothes drying fast..

Will rust within first 2 years if have hard water. Drain pump clogged and I fixed myself and saved nearly $300. Not good customer service, they read a script and have no knowledge about technical support..

If you have hard water, please know and be aware that it will rust the inside top, within 2 years rust will be chipping off in multiple spots. And they of course don't cover rust. Not happy at all about this, and they got an attitude with me because I thought it should not rust within years of purchase. I've got a 25yr old Maytag fridge and it's got zero rust. Drain pump got clogged and I did the work myself because they had no recommendation, but to look it up on Google and search YouTube! I fixed it myself within 10min and saved myself 250 bucks! Thanks I will never purchase from this company again. And if you get a warranty get through 3rd party because they will still charge you just as much as without a warranty. Unable to attach photos, rust will be all around the all detergent/ softener cups, and literally chunks will chip out and the customer service thinks this is normal after 2 years. Ridiculous service on this washer, disappointed customer.

I wasn™™t happy with our old washer cause it was a front end loader & when landlord purchase this top loader i was excited finally get to wash like my momma but turns out this washer isn™™t all that great either. I like the features but doesn™™t wash the clothes, there™™s an agitator but it™™s barely moves the clothes around how the clothes supposed to get clean when it doesn™™t agitate?? The loads just basically sat in water, The loads didn™™t even get sudsy. I told my landlord it was a waste of money, now I have to laundromat

We only have our new Frigidaire washer for about three weeks. It is working very well so far. I like that there are different places to put detergent, bleach and softener. I guess it's the high efficiency characteristic that gets the clothes done in a relatively short time.

I have had this washer for a little over a year, from day one I have not been happy with my purchase. Most of my clothes are washed on delicate cycle and not dried. Until I owned this washer, no matter what setting I use, delicate, hand wash, regular wash cold, warm, lite wash, extra lite wash, my clothes come out of the washer a wrinkled ball. And yes I take them out as soon as the cycle is complete. I now have to put my delicate clothes in the dryer for 10 minutes to get some of the wrinkles out then still have to iron everything I wear including pants. I have never had to put my delicates in the dryer. And it is definitely a water saver, the water never covers the clothes unless I use max fill. I am 62 years old and have been doing laundry for a long times I HATE THIS MACHINE

I bought this washer for our lake house - lots of laundry to wash quickly! It worked well for a few weeks, but now it fills and refills endlessly and we have to manually move the machine from one action to the next to complete the quick wash. PLEASE let me know what we can do to fix this! it has happened the past 4 visits, to 3 different people. it is not user error. I'd love the machine if it would work properly. HELP.

Absolutely the WORST washer I've ever owned. Destroys my clothes. Very little water in normal cycles. Have to use max fill to wash almost everything, if I don't want the agitator to get stuck, thus not washing my clothes at all. Extraordinarily frustrating piece of equipment. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The worst ever. Now the lock system broke. Washer wont work because it wont lock. Whoever decided that the lid had to be locked should be locked up. What an obnoxious feature. I can™™t wait to get rid of this horrible washer and get a simpler version that does not need to be locked to work.

In 45 years this washer is nothing but junk put on max fill you must stand there if not the water just keeps filling the pump tries to drain it and the agitator starts spinning all at one time you put in on normal cycle some clothes don't even get wet so I will say pure junk do not buy
