This dehumidifier is doing a great job at removing the moisture out of a large bathroom and adjoining bedroom. It has always been a problem getting the room to "dry" out-mold prevention has been paramount. Towels are now drying out after use, shower tile (slate) that soaks up the water and never would dry up is now drying when this dehumidifier is on. I like that I can set the humidity level, the water bucket is easy to empty since I don't have a working option to use the continuous drain hose-but I find the drain hose is not necessary. The bucket gets emptied before it fills up and auto shuts off, so all's well. Def recommend. It has a nice long power cord and easily moves around on wheels. A win-win.

This 35 Pint Dehumidifier is amazing on how much humidity is collects is short period of time. I am using it in my 1400 square foot basement and running it for about 12 hours at night reduced the moisture level to 40 every day. I like the fan exit out of the side being able to circulate the air low on the floor.

I am using this dehumidifier in my large finished basement. So far it works great. Really pulls a lot of moisture out of the air. I run it on high and it is not loud at all. Controls are very easy to use.

Love this dehumidifier- it™™s compact and easy to move since it™™s on wheels and the water bucket has a handle. We can™™t use the drain option but I love that it has that as an option. This is perfect for our unfinished basement!

Easy to set up and use, has been easily keeping the main floor of our (~1200 sq ft) house at 50% humidity. Very easy to empty the tank and change settings, easy to give it a wipe-down with a damp cloth to keep clean.

Humidifier works well. Using in humid South Carolina. Ran almost continuously during a tropical storm. A Little louder than expected, abd produced more heat than we were prepared for, but took out the extreme moisture.

Just got this unit yesterday to replace a 5 year old unit that stopped working. New unit is nearly identical to the old unit in size and capacity and the new unit does its job of pulling moisture out of the air. However the water bucket on the new model is awful compared to the older unit. I empty the water bucket into a sink in my basement after it fills up each time. Pouring water out of the new unit's bucket is a nightmare as there is very little open room for the water to be poured out of the bucket. I have spilled water on the floor every time I have emptied the new unit. Rarely had the problem with the old unit and could even pour the water into a plastic milk jug to use for watering our plants. No way that I could hit that small of an opening with this new bucket. Also the bucket arrived with a broken water level meter. The old unit used a floating ball that was simple and worked great. The new unit has a floating rod that rides between 2 slots and mine arrived with the top of each slot broken and the rod won't stay within the slots. I hope I can get a new bucket to replace the broken one. I also wish that the designers would use the product to see how hard they have made it on their customers.

The dehumidifier is far exceeding my expectations. Bought for the basement, it has really changed the climate down there. I used dessicant products in the past to try to control the humidity but this is hands down better.

I appreciate the cover on the water holder Why? because when you empty the water it prevents water spilling. Since then I have purchased a hose to drain the water. So far I am satisfied with the operation of my new dehumidifier. No issues or complaints I hope it stands up to its quality and name.

Overall the unit works well and removes moisture quickly. It's quiet enough in the basement to not be heard upstairs. I'm disappointed that with continous hose draining, the unit keeps running even after the humidity setting is reached.

I recently purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier, and overall, I am very pleased with the product. The setup process was straightforward, and I found it easy to set the timer to my preferences. For the price, it offers excellent value. During the summer months, the bucket fills up once a day, which has become a daily chore. In hindsight, I should have bought a model with a larger capacity to cover more square footage.One thing to note is that it runs very loud when set to high, so I prefer to run it on low, which is much easier on the ears. Despite this, the dehumidifier performs well and meets my expectations.

Unit came in and at first ordered wrong size, after further inspection I ordered the correct one and it was smaller than what I was anticipating. Good product, hooked the hose directly to it so I can keep it going without worry. Unit works great and has really dried out the basement area I bought it for. .

Noisy.Availability of replacement filters; cannot find filters for dehumidifiers anywhere on the Frigidaire website. For any dehumidifiers. I own two different models and have only found one filter part number, and that was found by using Google.

So far this appliance is doing a very good job at dehumidifying the cellar. I just cleaned the filter and while I had to tug to get it out the first time, and remember to tap the icon once I replaced it, it started right up and is doing what it is supposed to.

Pros:Performance in medium sized bedroom exceeds expectations. Humidity levels without unit in the 65™75% range. Performance assessed with unit set to 45™55%.Unit is noticeably quieter and puts out less heat than a similar unit that I previously owned from another popular brand. Unit is near our bed. There is fan white noise, but no significant rumble/buzz.Cons:Lack of a remote control is disappointing. Wi-fi/app support for this type of appliance should be standard in 2024.The unit does not display the current humidity level when the timer is set, which is a strange and slightly annoying limitation.Humidity display sometimes seems inaccurate: showing 50% when the humidity is actually 60% (confirmed with other devices), unit set to target 55% but showing 50% and still running.There are plastic hooks on the back of the unit to wrap the cord around; however, they are made of cheap, flimsy plastic that breaks easily when wrapping the thick cord around them (an internal clip immediately snapped off on mine, leaving the hooks loose and likely even more fragile/borderline unusable).Frigidaire printed my address incorrectly on the shipping label (I confirmed that I had provided the correct address), which resulted in a delivery delay and extra effort to correct their mistake to ensure delivery.If removing the tank too quickly after turning off the unit, there may be excessive leakage onto the floor as residual water attempts to drain into the (removed) tank. Ideally, flow of water to the tank would immediately be cutoff when the tank is removed or the unit is turned off.Due to the way the top of the tank is designed, pouring it out is cumbersome and messy.No comment:Continuous draining not tested (hose sold separately, but didn™™t want/need it).Conclusion:Solid performing unit slightly hampered by outdated controls/display, potentially inaccurate current humidity percentage display, utter lack of remote control, cheap materials/build quality, and some fussy/cumbersome draining logistics that somewhat undermine what seemed like would be a more convenient, mess-free process. Overall, I recommend it, but would like to see updates to this product line to improve build quality and bring it into the present re: ease of use/control.

I am very happy with this humidifier it™™s dried up my basement very quickly from dampness and potential mold and air quality seems better too. It™™s easy to empty with the handle on the pull out tub. I had thought it would somehow last longer bc I got a large one for the size of my basement but I still have to empty it daily. I guess I could set up with drain hose but I haven™™t figured a way yet. But otherwise I™™m very pleased with it.
